Delivery
Delivery is limited to safe, easily accessible homes next to a driveway and to the first floor.
Customers must provide assistance for difficult hill or mountain access.
Neil's ACE is not responsible for damage while moving appliances into the home.
Electrical and plumbing connections must be ready before installation. If not ready, the appliance will be returned and a $40 re-delivery fee will apply.
Important Appliance Requirements
Appliances must be placed on a level floor.
Do not use extension cords for washers or refrigerators.
Refrigerators and freezers must sit for 4 hours before being plugged in.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, fire, flood, power brownouts/blackouts, or other excluded causes. Food loss from refrigerator/freezer failure is not covered. Appliance warranty coverage applies only in Tutuila, American Samoa and does not cover Manu'a, Aunu'u, or Samoa.

Please make sure the number of appliances entered above matches the number of appliances requiring Warranty and Delivery service. If an incorrect quantity is entered, only the confirmed quantity will be processed for delivery. Any additional appliances not included in the confirmed quantity may be placed on hold or made available for customer pickup until delivery arrangements are confirmed.
Delivery Charge Notice
Delivery charges are initially calculated per appliance. If multiple appliances can be delivered together in a single delivery trip, you may be eligible for a refund of applicable additional delivery charges. Our Sales Team will contact you if your order qualifies after reviewing your order and delivery requirements.
