Official Return Policy

1. Must have the original receipt, online order number, or confirmation email.
2. Item must be in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted for damaged or torn packaging and must include all accessories and manuals.
3. A 15% - 25% restocking fee may apply after 5 days. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date the order was placed.
4. After 5 days, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
5. No returns on cut goods and mixed paint.
6. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to inspect returned items after they are received.
7. All Closeout Sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.
8. Items purchased may be returned after delivery, provided they meet our standard return requirements. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the applicable return period. Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
