Delivery Services

We offer delivery services to any part of the island for any order totaling $100 or more. Delivery fees start at $40 and typically take up to 5 days from the purchase date.

Online Store

Our online store is available to all account-holding customers. This includes discount accounts, construction accounts, business accounts, and charge accounts.

Delivery Policies

Important: Delivery requires customer confirmation and an adult 18 years or older must be present to receive the order.
  • Neil's ACE Home Center will contact you before we load and ship your items.
  • We will not attempt delivery without confirmation.
  • An adult must be present to accept the delivery. The adult must be 18 years or older.
  • If no adult is present, the order may be considered undeliverable and returned to the store premises.
  • The delivery may then be subject to additional fees.
  • Items will be left on the first threshold whenever possible, such as the front door, garage, or entryway.
  • Some homes may not be deliverable to the doorstep due to location or road conditions. In that case, we will do our best to place items in the safest available spot.
  • The only exceptions are furniture deliveries delivered into your home and appliances delivered with a warranty.
  • We reserve the right to not deliver unattended items for safety reasons.
  • Additional fees may apply if you request items to be placed inside the first threshold or entryway, including transporting orders inside the residence, up stairs, or onto decks and porches.
  • We do our best to honor expected delivery dates. However, delays may occur due to shipping delays, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
