Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 8/31/2026
Welcome to the Neil’s ACE Home Center online store. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store and any purchases made through it. By accessing our online store, placing an order, or using our online ordering services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Orders
All orders placed through the Neil’s ACE Home Center online store are subject to product availability and acceptance by Neil’s ACE Home Center.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, listed in error, or cannot be fulfilled for another reasonable business or operational reason.
Product availability shown online may not always reflect current in-store inventory.
2. Pricing and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and other information displayed online are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Online prices may also differ from prices, promotions, or offers available in a physical Neil’s ACE Home Center location unless otherwise stated.
If a pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time an online order is placed.
Orders will not be processed for fulfillment until payment has been successfully authorized or completed.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Applicable taxes and any delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
4. Store Pickup
Eligible online orders may be selected for in-store pickup.
Customers will be notified when an order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive to collect an order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Customers may be required to provide the order confirmation, valid identification, or other information necessary to verify the order.
Orders that are not picked up within 2 business days after the ready-for-pickup notification may be cancelled and refunded, subject to any applicable restrictions or fees.
5. Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for qualifying orders and addresses within Neil’s ACE Home Center’s designated delivery area.
Delivery availability, fees, minimum order requirements, product restrictions, and estimated delivery times may vary by location, product, and order size.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and any information reasonably necessary to complete the delivery.
Delivery dates or times provided during checkout are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of weather, traffic, product availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some products may not qualify for local delivery because of their size, weight, handling requirements, legal restrictions, or other considerations.
Additional charges may apply for special handling, difficult access, oversized products, or other delivery requirements when disclosed before fulfillment.
6. Returns and Refunds
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 5 business days from the date the item is received, subject to Neil’s ACE Home Center’s return policy. A 15%-25% restocking fee may apply after 5 days. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date the order was received.
After 5 days, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Customers may be required to provide the original receipt, online order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Returned products should generally be unused, in resalable condition, and include their original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation when applicable.
Certain products may be final sale, nonreturnable, or subject to special return requirements. These may include, where applicable, clearance merchandise, custom or special-order items, cut materials, opened consumable products, hazardous materials, seasonal merchandise, or other products identified at the time of purchase.
Original delivery charges and other service fees may be nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by Neil’s ACE Home Center.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact Neil’s ACE Home Center as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once fulfillment, preparation, or delivery has begun.
Special-order, custom, or otherwise committed merchandise may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after pickup or delivery.
If an item is damaged, missing, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact Neil’s ACE Home Center promptly at 699-9770, or sales@neilsace.com or visit the store and speak with a customer service representative. Please have the order number and relevant details available.
We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, contact information, payment details, pickup information, and delivery address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone authorized to receive the order is available when required and that delivery locations are reasonably safe and accessible.
Customers may not use the online store for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
10. Minors
Our online store is intended for use by adults. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the online store only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the online store with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers. Unless otherwise expressly stated, manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
12. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the online store will always be available without interruption, delay, or error.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the online store when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or other purposes.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neil’s ACE Home Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the online store or the purchase, pickup, delivery, or use of products sold through it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Information collected through the online store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Please review the Privacy Policy on our website for additional information about how customer information is collected, used, and protected.
16. Changes to These Terms
Neil’s ACE Home Center may update these Terms from time to time.
Any revised Terms will become effective when posted to the online store unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the online store after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
